The Creation of the Market

In the beginning, when God created exchange, it was formless. Then God said, "Let there be Money", and there was Money. And God saw that the Money was good, so he gave it to the good people.

The next day God said, "Let Money corrupt people". And so it did.

Then God said, "let there be domes that accumulate Power". So he created companies.

On the fourth day, God decided that it wasn´t enough,  "Let there be more Money". So, the most powerful companies prioritised earnings over people and morals.

And then, God said, "Let the hardest work be less valuable". So God created employees.

Then God said, "let there be a business of every kind: from restaurants to prostitutes, from tourist agencies to factories, all across the land". And so, they were made.

Thus, in the seventh day, the Market and all its multitude was finished. Happy with his work, God laid down on a Dolce Gabbana hamoc, put his  Bentley Sunglasses on and whispered, relaxed, "consume", and so the people did.
